If you run into any tech issues at all during this onboarding (website, Google Ads, GBP, etc.), the CSM can assist you on the next call you'll book.
- Make sure you're signed into the correct Gmail account for your business. Then search "my business" on Google and open your Business Profile.
- Click the More menu (≡) → Business Profile settings → People and access.
- At the top left, click Add. Enter the email below, set "Access" to Manager, then click Invite.
